Paul Harwood Founded 101 Research following his roles as Market Research Lead at Twitter and User Sentiment researcher at Facebook. Paul is an expert in user experience research, and specializes in survey design and international cross-market research (EMEA and APAC). In addition, Paul has over 10 years of government research experience as prior to Facebook and Twitter, he was an Associate Professor in Political Science and Public Administration, and a Research Fellow at the Pew Internet and American Life Project. Paul holds a Ph.D and a M.A. in Politics and Government from the University of Maryland and a BA (Hons) in American Studies from the University of Kent.
